awards & recognition

Youth of the year

Youth of the Year is the highest award we give to a Club member and celebrates the extraordinary achievements of our teen leaders. Each year, Clubs from across the Commonwealth hold regional competitions, with each sending one exceptional young adult to compete to become State Youth of the Year. Our statewide winner will go on to serve as an ambassador for all Club youth across Kentucky, and compete at the Midwest & National levels.

Special thanks to our partners at the Kentucky Community & Technical College System for generously providing scholarships not only to the 2025 Youth of the Year winner, but also to all finalists competing! And further special thanks to AT&T for surprising all Youth of the Year youth participants with brand new laptop computers! 2025 was an incredible year for Kentucky Youth of the Year, showcasing the value of investing in our promising Club youth and in the future of Kentucky!
